Jonathan Slusher
Biography
Jonathan is responsible for developing strategy, sourcing opportunities, and overseeing all activities related to Northwind’s senior living and healthcare investments. Slusher joined Northwind in March 2019. Prior to Northwind, Jonathan Slusher spent more than 10 years at KeyBank, the latter half as part of KeyBank’s market leading healthcare real estate team that provides capital and advisory solutions to public REITs, private equity sponsors, and private owner/operators. Jonathan graduated from Ohio University and lives in Cleveland, Ohio with his wife and two children.

Northwind Group was founded in 2008 and is a real estate private equity firm based in Manhattan that focuses on equity and debt investments in residential, commercial and senior-living properties. Since inception, Northwind has been involved in the acquisition, development and management of properties valued at over $2 billion. Northwind’s main focus is acquisition of assets that have been held for long duration by same ownership.
