Jonathan Schwartz

Jonathan Schwartz is a Partner & Principal at BNE Real Estate Group, where he is a third-generation leader in the family-owned organization. He leads the company's acquisition and asset management activities, focusing on sourcing, negotiating, and executing new development opportunities. Schwartz also oversees the daily management of BNE's existing portfolio. His expertise in deal sourcing, project planning, and the approval process has been pivotal in the planning, entitlement, and financing of significant luxury residential developments, including the 245-unit "The Ivy" in Chatham, NJ. He actively pursues multiple projects throughout the tri-state area. Schwartz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Muhlenberg College.
