John Kusturiss

John Kusturiss is a Partner, Development and Asset Management at Penzance Properties, where he directs ground-up development and asset management across the Mid-Atlantic. With over 20 years of experience, he has managed more than 7.5 million sq. ft. of development. His notable projects include The Highlands and the Ballston One office-to-residential conversion. Kusturiss previously worked at Equity Residential and Clark Construction and contributes to NAIOP NOVA boards. He holds a BS from the University of Delaware and an MBA from The George Washington University.
