Biography
John’s experience spans 30 years in real estate and capital markets. Former Group Managing Director at Fitch Investors Service, where he was responsible for the U.S. Structured Finance area. Former head of Fitch’s commercial mortgage and REIT groups. At Fitch, John was responsible for over $500 billion of rated commercial mortgage loans during this period. Former Vice President with The O’Connor Group, where he was responsible for purchasing $800 million of commercial properties. John has a BA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia University.
