JOE SMITH is the CEO and founder of 1754 Properties LLC, an institutional hotel owner focused primarily on owning hotels and resorts in the United States and Latin America with an emphasis on Mexico. Before founding 1754, Mr. Smith was a founding partner of Glenmont Capital, an institutional real estate private equity firm located in New York City.
