Jeffrey Small
Biography
Jeffrey Small, Jr. is the cofounder and CEO of MDH Partners, an Atlanta-based real estate investment firm with a current portfolio of over 120 office, industrial, and retail properties totaling 20 million sq. ft. across the US. His firm has overseen over $4 billion dollars of acquisitions, developments, and dispositions. In 2019 Jeff launched MDH’s new $350 million institutional discretionary fund for large endowments and foundations, dedicated to investing in industrial buildings across the United States. Jeff holds degrees from Yale, Harvard, and Oxford Universities.

Founded in 2005 as the successor to a fifty-year-old real estate development company, MDH Partners has participated in over $4 billion of acquisitions, developments, and asset management. In 2019, MDH launched a $350 million closed-end fund targeting industrial and logistics properties for its institutional investors.
