Biography

Jason joined Landmark Properties in 2010 and is responsible for identifying development opportunities throughout the US in university markets. In this role, Jason is responsible for structuring acquisitions, overseeing the entitlement process, design and engineering of new developments, as well as working with Landmark’s debt and equity partners to secure appropriate capital for development opportunities. Landmark’s development pipeline is currently the largest of any student housing real estate developer in the US.
