Jason Chiang
Biography
Jason Chiang served as President of Real Estate at Common, a tech-enabled residential management company, from March 2018 to January 2021. In this role, he led a 40-person B2B division, overseeing Sales, Marketing, Underwriting, and Design teams. He significantly increased the signed Assets Under Management (AUM) pipeline and revenue during his tenure. Chiang holds an MBA in Real Estate from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor's Degree from Harvard University. His prior experience includes Vice President, Acquisitions roles at StepStone Real Estate and Madison International Realty.
