Jacob Reiter

Jacob Reiter is the Founder & President of Verde Capital, a real estate private equity and investment management firm he established in 2011. Reiter is responsible for strategic investor, operator, and platform development, including investment strategies, technology, and risk management. A fourth-generation real estate professional from a family founded in NYC in 1900, Reiter has decades of experience developing capital solutions for real estate operators, funds, developers, and REITs nationally. He focuses on providing equity and structuring debt for development projects, acquisitions, and recapitalizations across all asset classes. His background in corporate and leveraged finance, capital markets, and strategic tax planning allows him to maximize asset values and returns for investors. He previously held executive positions at Royal Bank of Scotland and Wells Fargo. Reiter attended Washington University in St. Louis and Harvard University.
