J. Wesley Rogers is the Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Landmark Properties, a leading real estate firm specializing in student and multi-family housing. He co-founded the company in 2004, shortly after earning his MBA from the University of Georgia, where he also received his B.B.A. in Finance. Under his leadership, Landmark Properties has overseen the investment of over $14 billion, driving development, construction, acquisition, and operation of residential communities nationwide. Rogers is responsible for setting and executing the company's corporate strategy and has been recognized as the 2017 EY Entrepreneur of the Year for the Southeast US in the Real Estate Category. Landmark Properties, under his guidance, has consistently ranked as a top student housing developer and general contractor, with assets under management exceeding $15 billion. The company has expanded beyond student housing into build-to-rent and traditional multifamily sectors.
