Biography
Iwan has over eight years of Commercial Real Estate experience. As the Portfolio Manager with Vesta, Iwan is directly responsible for the day to day operations of the Vesta portfolio. Additionally, Iwan assists in the underwriting process, negotiating, and closing of potential investments for Vesta Equity’s bridge lending and equity placement team. Before Vesta, Iwan was a Financial Analyst and Broker at Marcus and Millichap, and part of Orlando's top-performing team specialized in commercial investment sales of Office, Industrial and Retail properties. His specific areas of expertise include strategic planning, market research, cash flow model creation, and review of historical and prospective financial information.
