Ian Bel
Biography
Ian Bel serves as the Managing Principal and Chief Executive Officer of Olive Tree Holdings, a U.S.-based private real estate investment firm. He oversees all affiliate platforms, including Olive Tree Affordable Housing and Olive Tree Ventures. Under his leadership, Olive Tree has acquired and transformed over 16,000 units of workforce and affordable housing across nine states, deploying over $250 million in capital expenditures. Previously, Bel was a principal at One Wall Partners, where he led multifamily acquisitions and capital raising. He holds a JD from Hofstra School of Law and an MBA from Binghamton University, and also holds the CCIM designation.
