Heather McClure
Biography
Ms. McClure is responsible for nationwide structured finance executions on multifamily, single-family build-to-rent, industrial, retail, office, and hospitality properties at Walker & Dunlop. Structures include joint venture equity, preferred equity, programmatic co-GP investments, stretch seniors, construction and mezzanine. Prior to joining W&D, Ms. McClure was SVP of Capital Markets at Behringer, an investment management firm, where she structured, executed, and managed $1.9 billion in financings on 14,000 apartment units, 1,000,000 SF of office, a large iconic hotel with mixed use, and foreign industrial and retail. She also disposed of or restructured assets in legacy funds.
