Habib Enayetullah
Biography
Habib Enayetullah is the Senior Vice President of Real Estate and Asset Management at Hilton Worldwide, where he leads the organization's asset management and real estate team. He brings over 20 years of real estate and infrastructure investment experience. His responsibilities at Hilton include managing a significant portfolio of leased, owned, and joint venture hotels across EMEA, Asia, and the Americas, overseeing lease restructuring, asset dispositions, and capital spending. Before joining Hilton, Enayetullah held senior investment roles at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Sunstone Hotel Investors, and the Bechtel Group. He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago, an MPA from Columbia University, and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
