Greg Lauze

Greg Lauze is the Co-Founder, Managing Partner, and Chief Investment Officer at NorthBridge Partners, a Boston-based real estate investment firm specializing in value-add logistics industrial assets across coastal U.S. regions. He shares responsibility for directing the firm's overall strategy and investment decisions, having been instrumental in leading their value-add logistics strategy since its inception in 2014. With over 17 years of experience in the logistics real estate sector, primarily focused on the lower-middle market segment, his expertise spans acquisitions, asset management, fundraising, and portfolio management. Prior to NorthBridge, Greg held positions at Colony Capital, The Blackstone Group, and Jones Lang LaSalle. He holds an MBA from Cornell University and a BS from Boston College. Greg also co-founded Coffee Connectors, a program connecting first-generation college graduates with Boston business executives.
