Biography

Gian Marco Di Carlo serves as Head of Industrial at TC Latin America Partners. In this role, he drives corporate development and evaluates investment opportunities for the firm's U.S. focused industrial real estate platform. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Di Carlo co-founded a company providing business process support to financial institutions. He began his career at Deloitte Consulting, focusing on the operational aspects of transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures. His expertise spans corporate development and industrial real estate investment.
