George Michelis

George Michelis is the Co-Founder & Managing Principal of RockFarmer Properties, a New York-based real estate developer, owner, and operator. With over two decades in the industry, he directs business development, financial performance, and strategic planning for the company. Mr. Michelis has been directly responsible for the acquisition, strategic development, and construction of more than 2 million square feet of multifamily, office, and retail properties, representing a total value exceeding $2 billion. RockFarmer Properties' portfolio encompasses over 2,200 residential and commercial units. Prior to his real estate career, he worked on Wall Street for seven years, becoming a partner at Schonfeld Securities. He holds a BA in Finance from Hofstra University.
