Erik Warner is Principal & Co-Founder of Eagle Point Hotel Partners, a leading value-add hotel real estate investment platform. With over 25 years of extensive experience in hotel operations and investment, he has overseen more than $700 million in hospitality investments and managed over $2 billion in hotel assets globally. A Cornell University graduate, Warner specializes in transforming underperforming properties into vibrant, community-focused boutique hotels, emphasizing sustainable practices. His career highlights include leadership roles at Ramsfield Hospitality Finance, Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels, and HVS International. He is also a founding partner of the Independent Lodging Congress (ILC), dedicated to fostering new ideas in independent hospitality.
