Eric Yopes
Biography
As a principal and co-founder of ECP, Eric provides essential guidance and leadership across all aspects of our business. In addition to supervising our financial, capital markets, and administrative functions, Eric manages our investment funds and joint ventures. He also participates in acquisitions, dispositions, and strategic asset management both directly and through our Investment Committee. Prior to co-founding ECP, Eric carried out a wide range of executive responsibilities at Shorenstein Company. As vice chairman and managing director of investments, he played a lead role in the company’s acquisitions activities while directing its investment management and asset management functions.
