Eli Almo

Eli Almo is the accomplished Founder and CEO of Era Living, a leading provider of senior living communities in the US. Co-founding the company with his wife, Rebecca, in 1987, Almo leveraged a decade of real estate development experience to establish a company dedicated to honoring and respecting seniors. Under his leadership, Era Living has grown to eight premier communities in the Seattle area, offering independent living, assisted living, and memory care, guided by values of respect, integrity, and innovation. Almo has also contributed to the wider senior care industry, serving as chairman of the advisory council to the Seattle-King County Division on Aging, where he advocated for "aging in place". His expertise in real estate extends to his role as a lifetime trustee for the Samis Foundation.
