Doug Lyons
Biography
Doug Lyons is a Managing Principal at Pearlmark Real Estate Partners, leading the firm's capital markets and debt investment activities. He is also a member of Pearlmark's Management and Investment Committees. Mr. Lyons joined Pearlmark in 1996, bringing extensive experience from his tenure as Vice President of Equity Institutional Investors, Inc., where he focused on merchant banking and strategic portfolio management for entities like the Zell/Merrill Lynch Real Estate Opportunity funds. His background also includes roles in real estate capital markets at Bankers Trust Company and Merrill Lynch & Co. Doug holds an MBA from Harvard University and a BA from Amherst College. He is a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute and a member of the Pension Real Estate Association.
