Biography
Dorota Applebaum is a Principal at Gemma Capital Holdings, a real estate investment banking platform she founded in 2007. Holding an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, she began her real estate career in mortgage finance, focusing on commercial real estate transactions since 2004. She has overseen significant transaction volumes, including approximately $900 million in multi-family projects in the past year (prior to April 2022), leveraging an extensive international investment network for joint ventures across the US and Europe.
