Biography
Dominique Song is a seasoned real estate private equity executive with experience from both the sponsor/GP side and from the investor/LP side. Previously, Dominique headed the private equity group of a multi-family sponsor/operator with over 14,000 units and $1.6 billion in AUM, leading the acquisitions, capital raising, asset management and investor relations teams. Dominique is a licensed attorney in California and Texas and was with top law firms including Cravath and Gibson Dunn. Before obtaining her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, she was an investment banker with Goldman Sachs.
