Dmitry Gordeev, Ph.D., M.B.A., is the Founder & Managing Partner of Fairbridge Partners, a U.S.-based firm specializing in acquiring and managing first-class commercial real estate. Since establishing the company in 2013, Dr. Gordeev has directed its expansion to encompass significant real estate assets across the United States. With over two decades of experience in acquiring income-producing real estate, his responsibilities include overall strategy, capital transactions, operations, asset management, and risk management. Prior to Fairbridge, he held leadership positions, including CEO of IDG Group and financial roles at Dow Jones & Company. Dr. Gordeev holds a Ph.D. in Macroeconomics and an M.B.A. in Finance.
