Founder and President of Lacy, Ltd., established in 1981, whose primary business is the representation of international real estate investors in the United States. Over the last two decades Lacy, Ltd. has advised international investors in more than 8 million square feet of office building transactions totaling nearly $2.8 billion. Throughout a 42-year career in commercial real estate, represented many different U.S. and foreign investors, developers, and users, both for-profit and non-profit, in a variety of office, retail, multifamily, hotel, restaurant and land transactions, ranging from acquisitions and sales, to joint venture investment and development, equity and debt financing, and office and retail leasing.
