David Valger

David Valger is the Managing Partner and Founder of DVO Real Estate, a privately owned investment management firm specializing in multifamily assets across the United States. He established DVO Real Estate in 2012, which has grown to manage over 11,000 apartments with an aggregate value exceeding $2.5 billion. With over 18 years of focused multifamily investing experience, Mr. Valger possesses extensive expertise in real estate investing and finance, having managed transactions valued at over $6.3 billion. His prior experience includes serving as a partner at RCG Longview Debt Funds, where he invested in over 25,000 multifamily units. Mr. Valger earned his MBA from the Wharton School.
