David Tessler

David Tessler is the CEO and a founder of Royal Imperial Group, a forty-year-old US-based full-service real estate firm. The group has been involved in approximately $2 billion of real estate transactions, with extensive experience across office, residential, senior housing, healthcare, historic renovation, and mixed-use properties. Tessler’s expertise includes managing all facets of development, employing complex public and private financing structures, and identifying emerging markets. He notably developed Chicago's Sterling Tower.
