David Stade
Biography
Dave is a founding partner and brings over 20 years of real estate experience in both principal/ownership and advisory capacities, spending time at Citigroup and Eastdil before co-founding FD Stonewater. He co-leads the firm’s investment and asset management platforms and has participated in more than $3 billion of acquisitions, strategic advisory, and investment banking transactions throughout his career. Dave holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, and a B.A. in Philosophy from Carleton College.
