David Schneider
Biography
David Schneider serves as Chief Financial Officer at Fifteen Group, where he focuses on the underwriting, execution, and asset management of real estate investments across all major product types. Prior to joining Fifteen Group, David managed acquisitions for ESJ Capital Partners and led acquisitions for New Boston Fund. His extensive background also includes analyst positions at LNR Property and Sterling Equities, as well as serving as Chief Operating Officer of a specialty finance company and working in management consulting. David is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and holds an MBA with concentrations in real estate and finance from Columbia Business School.
