David Ledy

David M. Ledy is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at U.S. Realty Advisors, having joined the firm in 1991. He plays a key role in the firm's operations and dispositions, leveraging extensive experience in commercial real estate. Prior to U.S. Realty Advisors, Mr. Ledy was a partner in the real estate department at Shea & Gould and a senior real estate litigator at Weil, Gotshal & Manges. He earned his J.D. cum laude from New York Law School in 1974 and a B.A. with honors from Lehigh University in 1970. He is admitted to the New York State Bar.
