David Egan

David Egan serves as SVP at Stockbridge Capital Group, where he provides strategic insight into the industrial real estate sector and the firm's extensive industrial portfolio. An expert in capital markets and industrial supply chain fundamentals, Mr. Egan brings over 17 years of real estate industry experience. Prior to Stockbridge, he was Head of Strategy and Consulting for CBRE Industrial Capital Markets and Global Head of Industrial and Logistics Research at CBRE. He holds a B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
