David Chao
Biography
David Chao is the executive chairman of Tanglewood Property Group. He oversees the company’s overall strategy and vision. Prior to joining Tanglewood Property Group, David was Westlake Chemical Corporation’s Vice President of Business Development for Asia and the Middle East. Prior to Westlake, David was President and Director at PT Titan Petrokimia Nusantara, a petrochemical company based in Indonesia. David holds a Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
