Dan McCadden
Biography
Dan McCadden is currently responsible for joint venture and Fund capital sourcing and investor relationship management. A partner with Alliance for 20+ years he has been responsible for sourcing and negotiating the purchase of new development sites. Mr. McCadden has more than 20 years of experience in residential construction, multifamily development and management, commercial brokerage, architecture and finance. Prior to joining Alliance, he held positions with BRE Properties and Pegasus Development Company. Mr. McCadden holds a BA in Economics from Hamilton College and a Masters in Real Estate Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
