Chuck Rosenzweig

Chuck Rosenzweig is the Founder and Managing Partner of Criterion Real Estate Capital, which he established in 2010. With over 37 years of experience in commercial real estate and capital markets, he specializes in principal investments, including structured debt and equity across all property types in US markets. At Criterion, he has overseen approximately $6 billion in transaction value. His extensive career includes leadership roles at RBS Greenwich Capital, CDC Mortgage Capital (now Natixis Real Estate Capital), and Nomura Capital, where he was instrumental in developing commercial real estate businesses. He began his career as a transactional attorney in real estate. Rosenzweig holds degrees from Cornell University and Cornell Law School.
