Christopher Moench

Christopher Moench is the Founder, Managing Member, and CEO of Directed Capital, a nationally recognized private equity and real estate finance firm he established in 2001. Under his leadership, Directed Capital has acquired and originated over $2.3 billion in commercial real estate assets. He provides strategic oversight for operations including asset acquisition, management, and capital formation. Moench's extensive experience spans mortgage acquisitions, real estate development, and investment. He previously served as Vice Chair of Fourth Street Banking Company, where he oversaw a 400% asset increase before its 2020 sale. He holds an MBA from Emory University.
