Christopher Knisley
Biography
Christopher Knisley is the President and a Founding Partner of Albany Road Real Estate Partners, a firm he helped establish in July 2012. With over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Knisley specializes in all facets of the business, including acquisition, development, asset management, equity raising, financing, and disposition. Prior to Albany Road, he served as CIO for RJ Kelly Company and spent the majority of his career as a Managing Director with The Koffler Group, having also held roles at Berkeley Investments and Copley Real Estate Advisors. Under his leadership, Albany Road has completed 54 investments and achieved $500 million in assets under management by 2016. He holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University.
