Biography

Chris Welborn is the Senior Vice President & CFO at Tower Investments, having joined the company in 1999. In this role, he provides essential project and financial management services. Mr. Welborn brings extensive experience in finance and operations management, previously co-founding a computer security software company and serving as a commercial lender in banking institutions. He earned his B.S. in managerial economics from the University of California, Davis.
