Biography

Chris Pearson is the Senior Vice President, Development Planning & Government Affairs at Hudson Pacific Properties, a position he has held since joining the company in 2013. In this role, he is responsible for entitlements, permit processing, and predevelopment design coordination for development projects. Pearson also serves as Co-Fund Manager for EquiBlue, Hudson Pacific's impact investing platform, focused on socially responsible real estate development and community investment. Prior to Hudson Pacific, he was Managing Director for Economic Development Policy and Senior Advisor for Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, overseeing the city's Department of Planning.
