Charu Singh

Charu Singh is the CEO and Founder of Just Value Inc., a social impact fintech company leveraging AI to address systemic undervaluation in US communities of color. Previously, as Managing Director of Portfolio Management at Emergent Capital Partners, she significantly scaled the private equity real estate firm's Southeast Asia business. Her extensive background also includes structuring public-private real estate transactions at the New York City Economic Development Corporation. Singh holds a B.A. from McGill University and M.Sc. and Master of City Planning degrees from MIT.
