Biography
Prior to founding BayNorth, Charlie was a Managing Director of the Real Estate Group at Charlesbank Capital Partners, the former private equity and real estate investment unit of Harvard Management Company. Before joining Harvard, Charlie was Director and Portfolio Manager at AEW Capital Management. Charlie is currently a professor at Harvard Business School and an advisor to BayNorth.
