Charles Cowley

With over twenty five years of development experience, Chuck has spearheaded the design, entitlement, construction management, and marketing of projects totaling almost 1,000 residential units and approx. 500,000 commercial square feet all with a total development costs in excess of $950 million. Chuck takes an active role in overseeing all phases of the development process. Over the years, he has particularly focused on interfacing with government entities to obtain complex entitlement packages. With such a hands‐on approach, working with government entities and leveraging local relationships with a thorough understanding of community and land‐use procedures, he is able to successfully guide a project through the process.
