Chad DeBolt serves as Managing Director & Principal at Saxum Real Estate, where he oversees investment strategy, acquisitions, capital raising, and portfolio management. He has been instrumental in spearheading capital markets efforts, raising over $250 million in equity and contributing to the acquisition and development of 35+ assets, totaling over 8 million SF and $2 billion in capitalization. Chad's expertise in Opportunity Zone legislation has positioned Saxum as a leader in the OZ fund space. Before joining Saxum, he spent 13 years trading fixed income securities at major global investment banks.
