Biography
Carrie Coulson Naik is a Managing Partner at Park Madison Partners, a leading real estate advisory firm. She serves on the firm's Executive Committee and brings extensive experience in originating, structuring, and placing limited partnership interests in real estate private equity funds globally. Prior to her promotion to Managing Partner in June 2025, she was a Partner, and before that, a Principal at Park Madison Partners, joining in 2013. Her career also includes roles at MVision Private Equity Advisers and JT Partners, where she focused on capital raising for private equity and real estate. Coulson Naik began her career in real estate public finance as an analyst at IRR Corporate & Public Finance. She holds a J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law and an undergraduate degree in business administration from the University of Kansas.
