Biography
Carlos leads the acquisition and asset management of income properties for the Family as well as select third parties. He has a strong finance background and extensive experience in negotiating leases, JV agreements, and contracts in general. Carlos has a vast professional network and is uniquely poised to exhibit the flexible creativity and resourcefulness to make the best out of the ever changing economic and real estate cycles. Carlos has an intense entrepreneurial drive; he started his first company, in the field of public contracting, a year out of College in 2004, which he exited in YE2014 when the company had more than 250 employees.
