Brian Sunday
Biography
Mr. Sunday is a Managing Director at AEW and Senior Portfolio Manager for the AEW Senior Housing Investors fund series. In his role as Senior Portfolio Manager, he is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Funds and is a voting member of the Funds Investment Committee. Prior to assuming his role as Senior Portfolio Manager, Mr. Sunday was the Funds’ Portfolio Manager, where he assisted with all day-to-day management and operations of the Funds. Since joining the AEW Direct Investment acquisitions team in 2005, he has completed investments totaling over $3.0 billion in the seniors housing sector, including age-restricted, independent living, assisted living, and dementia care communities, in metropolitan markets throughout the U.S.
