Brad LaRue
Biography
Brad LaRue has over 25 years of experience Real Estate and has specialized in retail and mixed use projects, but also has extensive experience with office, multi-family and office/flex product types. Over his career he has been involved in the development and, or, asset management of 10 million SF of retail, 2 million SF office, and over 1,000 multi-family and condominium units in markets across the United States. His retail experience spans the range of smaller ground-up out-parcel developments to redeveloping super-regional enclosed malls. His extensive range of experience includes working for two prominent institutional real estate investment advisors, portfolio manager for a REIT, and several private entrepreneurial developers.
