Biography
Ben has been instrumental in establishing the real estate firm as a leader in acquiring and managing medical office buildings. He is responsible for underwriting, financial modeling and investor relations. Ben has been active in retail, office and medical real estate projects for over fifteen years. He has financed over fifty residential real estate transactions in another one of his businesses, Blue Durham Properties LLC. Ben is also an active investor in and advisor to rapidly growing technology and financial services companies. Previously, Ben spent fifteen years at Progressive Insurance Company.
