Barry Howard
Biography
Barry Howard is the Founder and Chief Sustainability Officer at Core Spaces, a leading real estate developer. A veteran of the real estate industry, he focuses on developing and implementing the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategy. Howard was integral to Core Spaces' inception, previously serving as its Chief Financial Officer where he structured over $500 million in real estate developments. His background includes a role as a strategy consultant at Accenture and partner/CFO at LG Construction + Development. He holds a BS in Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management. Howard's commitment to sustainability is also evidenced by his founding of Herban Produce, a non-profit urban farm.
