Avi Benamu

Avi Benamu is a Managing Partner and Managing Director at Winchester Equities, a real estate investment management firm. With over 14 years of experience in alternative investments and real estate, he is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and executing debt and equity investments in the tri-state area. Mr. Benamu co-founded Winchester Equities to leverage his expertise in real estate investment opportunities. His background includes successfully raising capital and advising hedge funds and private equity firms on best practices and operations. He also serves as a Managing Partner of Baldwin Equities, a venture focused on real estate development in Newark. He holds a BS in Finance from Touro College.
