Ani Vartanian Boladian
Biography
Ani Vartanian Boladian is a Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Rubicon Point Partners. She co-manages the firm, focusing on investment selection, disposition, underwriting, and structuring. Previously, she served in the Obama administration, leading the $200 billion TALF program to restart the securitization market for the US Department of Treasury. Her experience also includes acquisitions and asset management at Rockwood Capital and a start at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Ani holds degrees from Stanford University and Harvard Business School. She was recognized as a "40 under 40" by the San Francisco Business Journal and among the "Most Powerful Women in Bay Area CRE". Rubicon Point Partners, which she co-founded, closed its inaugural $232M fund targeting creative office space in the Bay Area and Pacific Northwest.
